This Online Toolkit is operated by Abcam plc and its affiliates (“We”).

By using this Online Toolkit, you confirm that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to comply with them.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Online Toolkit. Access to (and the use of) this Online Toolkit is monitored in accordance with our standard IT processes and procedures. Any non-compliance with these terms could result in disciplinary action.

ACCESS AND SECURITY

Access to this Online Toolkit is strictly limited to employees and contractors working on our behalf as part of the recruitment processes for which this Online Toolkit has been developed (“Permitted Users”).

You must not use this Online Toolkit unless you are a Permitted User. You must not take any steps to grant access to this Online Toolkit to someone who is not a Permitted User. It is your responsibility to keep any login details, including a password and any other pieces of information you are provided with as part of our security procedures (in each case, as updated at any time), confidential. You must not permit anyone else to use those login details or disclose them to anyone who has not been authorized by the HR team to use the Online Toolkit. We may suspend your access, at any time, if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms of use.

If you know or suspect that anyone other than you know your password or other login details, please promptly notify HR.Help@abcam.com who will arrange new login details.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights, including any copyright, in this Online Toolkit, and in the material published on it.

VIRUSES

You must not misuse this Online Toolkit by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to this Online Toolkit, the server on which this Online Toolkit is stored or any server, computer or database connected to this Online Toolkit. You must not attack this Online Toolkit via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack. By breaching this provision, you could commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990.
